* libstrateg-sglr is compiled with the compiler of the baseline, which is wrong. If the calling conventions etc change, then Stratego/XT will be broken.

* The installed libstratego-sglr currently has an inter-library dependency on the baseline libstrateg-lib, which is wrong.

So, packages should use libstratego-sglr from the baseline and libstratego-sglr should be compiled with the local strc.
